The Secretariat headed by the Chief Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Land Fund.
The Secretariat is divided into three divisions, namely, Investment Division, Fund Management Division and Accounting and Administration Division.
The Investment Division is responsible for managing part of the investments of the Land Fund in accordance with the investment strategies and guidelines set by the Investment Committee.
The Fund Management Division is responsible for monitoring the investment activities of external fund managers and evaluating their performance.
The Accounting and Administration Division is responsible for the back office operations including settlement, accounting, computer systems, management information, credit control and general administration.
