ARTICLE 10
(1) This Agreement shall enter into force thirty (30) days after the date on which the Governments have notified each other in writing that their respective requirements for entry into force of this Agreement have been complied with.
(2) Each Government may terminate the Agreement by giving notice to the other. In the case of termination this Agreement shall cease to have effect ninety (90) days after receipt of the notice to terminate.
