Furthermore, a magistrate's warrant is required in the case of entry

into domestic premises. New section 32 restricts the power of entry

of the Societies Officer in special cases by imposing a requirement

for a magistrate's warrant. Clause 22 restricts the power to summon witnesses to only those cases where the activities of a society may

be prejudicial to the security of Hong Kong or to public safety or

public order.
