principal office-bearers of the society immediately before the
dissolution.
(2) On receipt of any such notification, the Societies Notification Officer shall as soon as it is practicable after the date when the dissolution takes effect, delete the society
from the list kept under section 11.
14A.
Deleting a notified society from the list
(1) Where a society is an association or group of persons listed in the Schedule but it has been registered under this Ordinance before the commencement of the Societies (Amendment) Ordinance 1992 ( of 1992), the Societies Notification Officer may, upon application in writing by the society, delete the society from the list of notified societies kept under
section 11.
(2) Where a notified society has become an association or group of persons listed in the Schedule, the Societies Notification Officer may, upon application in writing by the notified society, delete the society from the list of notified
societies kept under section 11.".
Information to be furnished by societies
Section 15 is amended -
(a) by repealing subsection (1) and substituting
"(1) The Societies Notification officer may, at any time, by notice in writing served on
any notified society require the society to furnish him in writing such information as he
