Dear Mr Marshall,
Ratification on the Agreement of
the International Manned Space Station
Thank you for your fax of 18 November on the captioned subject. I have checked with our International Law Division and Economic Services Branch. This is the first time the have botu heard about this agreement. From the limited information contained in your letter, it seems we have no interest ! included in the ratification, particularly as you point out we were not included in the original agreement and not a participan in the Ir "national Space Station.
