I submit a draft reply from the Secretary of State to Sir Adrian Swire. We have asked Hong Kong to think about how we might best use the fact that CAAC are now a shareholder of Cathay Pacific, and will have a representative on the Cathay Board, to move the Air Services Agreement separation process
forward.
