Thank you for your letter of 16 April, which I saw on my return to the office. I agree to your suggestion that we send copies of the relevant papers to UKRep JLG and HKG. May I suggest that in addition to Tony Galsworthy, you send copies to Elizabeth Bosher in ESB (because not all the countries involved are on John Wakeling's "patch") and also to Peter Lai in CAB.
