This Order, made under X legislacion, is largely
concerned with regulation of aircraft and aerodrome operations as well as air traffic contzel in Hong Kong and the operation of Hong Kong registered aircraft, wherever they may be.

Par 1
A
Registration and Marking of Aircraft requires aircraft flying over of in Hong Kong to be registered and bear nationality and registration marks. It also sets ous

Air Operators' Certificates (ACCs) requires
that aircraft registered in Hong Kong shall not fly for
the purpose of public transport unless the operator holds
an 300 and the flight is operated in accordance with the
terms of that AOC.
