I enclose a copy of a note received from the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany with its original enclosures concerning the Hong Kong registered vessel "Tramco Amity".
2. I would be most grateful if you could initiate an investigation into this matter and let me have the results in due course. I also enclose a letter from the Treasury Solicitors regarding the incident. for your information.
