should not be seen to stand in the way of the establishment of efficient transport links between
Hong Kong and Shenzhen Airport; but rather
liaison
we should deploy existing channels of cross-border to ensure that new coach and sea links and
the attendant CIQ facilities are handled as
sensibly and efficiently as possible.
(e) that we should regularly review the impact of
Shenzhen Airport on Kai Tak, on Hong Kong's
aviation industry and on Hong Kong's status as a centre for regional and international aviation.
