scheduled to start in November 1991 and will be
completed in one year.
Recently, an increasing number of Hong Kong
investors have been attracted to the property market in
Guangdong. The examples above reflect this interest. It
is the strategy of the municipal government of Guangzhou to
use foreign capital in re-developing the old urban areas.
