At JLG V, the two sides reached agreement on Hong Rong's continued participation after 30
June 1997 in the
International Telecommunication Union (ITU), which was

International
Telecommunication
Convention signed at Madrid in 1932. The current version
of the Convention was signed at Nairobi on 6 November 1982
