PARA 1(A): The UK denunciation of Convention 63 was automatic in view of our ratification of Convention 160. Convention 63 continues to apply to Hong Kong until Hong Kong ratifies Convention 160.
PARA 1(B): We are happy with Hong Kong's confirmation.
PARA 3: The date of registration for Conventions 14 and 101 should be 27.2.85 as stated in Telno 209.
