We have asked the UK Permanent Representative in Geneva to send a formal letter (draft attached) to the Director-General of ILO, making declarations on International Labour Conventions Nos 14, 23, 101, 126 and 160 on behalf of Hong Kong. I shall advise you of the effective date of declaration in due course to allow you to inform Hong Kong.
