one comment
on the paper on
The 1954 Convention in Stateless persons.
The UK made a number of reservations to thes Convention which apply to Hong Kong. To what extent have Hong Kong addressed the question of whether thèse reservations should continue to apply after 1997? Does something need to be raid
in the paper to the Chinese ?
