programme, with some emphasis on the Lantau
Crossing, West Kowloon and Central/Wanchai
Reclamations. He was told that the Lantau Fixed
Crossing project could be completed by the
target date of mid-1997. At the new airport
Fixed
site, Mr Zhao asked more questions, mainly on
technical details;
