I have no objection to Mr Li carrying out part of his studies in. Hong Kong. If it is decided to give funds for the visit I would suggest that Hong Kong should be contacted to ensure he is eligible for a visa.

Incidentally £1,100 seems a lot to an economy return. would have thought a bucket-shop could offer a much better price.
