The agenda for the meetings of the Committee will be set by common accord. Provisions will be laid down regarding the frequency and venue of the meetings, chairmanship, the setting-up of subcommittees addition to those which already exist (industry, science and technology
and trade) and any other matters that might arise.
2. Other provisions

The Agreement will contain a territorial application clause like that
found in other Community agreements.
The Agreement will also contain a clause dealing with its entry into force, duration, annual tacit renewal and the notice required
(six months) in the event of denunciation, plus a future developments clause allowing amendment by common agreement in order to take account of
changes in the situation.
