Draft negotiating directives for a co-operation agreement between the European Community and the Federative Republic of Brazil
1. In a letter of 31 January 1992, the Commission submitted to the Council a
recommendation for a Council Decision authorizing the Commission to negotiate
a co-operation agreement between the European Economic Community and the
Federative Republic of Brazil (4561/92).
2. At its meeting on 11 March 1992, the Permanent Representatives Committee
agreed to ask the Council to:
agree to the draft negotiating directives set out in Annex I hereto;
at the same time enter in its minutes the statement set out in Annex II.
