3. I would be grateful for lines to take by noon 30 March. Departments should be aware that partners are likely to find the text acceptable: it is close to a standard model.

Should any department have difficulties with particular provisions I would be grateful for lines which seek to amend the existing draft to remove the problems (assuming that this is possible) rather than seeking to remove whole areas of cooperation, since we are unlikely to get any support for deletion. I would appreciate nil
