5. Activity under the Agreement will be funded from within
existing budgetary provisions.
Timetable
6. The Council authorised the Commission to open negotiations with Brazil by a decision of 16 March 1992. The agreement was initialled after one negotiating session, 13-14 April 1992. It is proposed that the agreement be formally signed on 15
June.
