campaign is not

Its other leg is to convince

the community:

The main tactics adopted include:

National pride.

Loyalty to the motherland

should come before antipathy to the CCP and

personal or family sufferings under its rule.

(The impact of this appeal in Hong Kong is

limited but should not be dismissed
