Q. Are the existing Crimes Ordinance, Societies
Ordinance and Official Secrets Acts compatible
with the Bill of Rights.
A.
We shall shortly be bringing forward amendments
to the Crimes Ordinance and Societies Ordinance,
and are seeking the extension of the 1989 UK
Official Secrets Act to Hong Kong.
