STEP 3 Analyse the information collected.

Are there any interesting information which can be deduced from the facts collected?

Why do you think they are interesting? (e.g. Is it a controversial issue? Does it give a new perspective to the matter?)

How would you probe into the issue? (e.g. Who are involved? What are the conflicts? How are consensus reached? What are the possible consequences?)

STEP 4: Make judgements.

Give your opinion on the issue.

(b) Make other suggestions.

STEP 5 : Do the report.

Report the findings of the study through one or a combination of the following formats :
