I refer to your letter of 16 December 1991.
We are working on the updates to reports under articles 10-12 and 13-15 of the ICESCR but it is unlikely that we will be able to meet your deadline of end of February.
We will try our best to submit the reports to you within the first week of March.
We assume that there is no need to submit copies of ordinances mentioned in the reports or relevant to the areas therein to the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
