LEGAL AID IN CRIMINAL CASES (AMENDMENT) RULES 1992
Made under section 9A of the Ordinance
1.
Citation
These Rules may be cited as the Legal Aid in Criminal Cases
(Amendment) Rules 1992.
2. Legal aid for accused persons and appellants
Rule 4(1)(i) of the Legal Aid in Criminal Cases Rules (Cap. 221
sub. leg.) is repealed.
3.
Legal aid in capital cases
Rule 13 (1) is amended by repealing "capital charge" where it
appears 3 times and substituting "charge of murder, treason or
piracy with violence".
4.
Solicitor and counsel fees
Rule 21(1)(j) is repealed.
