I put forward the information you had given me on the report about the potential withdrawal by Hong Kong from the Joint Scholarship Scheme. The feeling here was to write to Government House first and I enclose a copy of that letter. In order to avoid crossed wires I have also copied it to Mr Smith-Laittan at BTC.
