Other Matters
The Board made several comments about poor feedback from Posts or British Council representation and their inability (in some countries) to effectively promote the scholarship scheme. There could be a number of reasons for this, however I suspect that the main problem is perhaps other pressures on Post which prevent them from getting fully involved with the Scheme or lack of knowledge of either the Scheme or its objectives. Any views geographical departments may have would be appreciated.
