change I would like to suggest is that a panel be developed with the presentation on QA becoming one on Nuclear Safety in general and it combined with one on the specifics on PWR safety. If you will provide us with the names of speakers for the topics you would like addressed the second day of the seminar, we will invite them.
9. As soon as we have a firm date, we will be able to provide you with a confirmed programme. The speakers will also be invited at that time.
As soon
as they accept we will send that list to you. If your company would like EdF, CNNC and MNNSA to participate in ways other than by providing speakers which we invite, you should handle that yourself. The HKNIC should also invite the media and other participants.
We would like to know the name and address of the hotel where we will be staying as soon as possible, the places where the reception and dinner will be held, and if you will provide for lunches and coffee breaks.
