Regarding the hotel, I think New World Harbour View with the Harbor View rooms would be best, especially for the Director General. Are the rates you quote discounted to the Agency, or if not, would it be possible to get a di bunt, as the Egyptian Government was able to do for our Cairo seminar in March? I will let you know as soon as possible the names of all Agency participants, but you might now reserve a block of 12 rooms.
