The launching of the company in September 1991 was widely publicised. Thereafter, the activities of the company received media attention from time to time. The fact that the company has run down its Toronto office has already been reported in the press. An explanation of the company's situation has been given by the Chairman of the company (a representative of HKIPM) who will continue to be the chief spokesman to deal with media enquiries.
