The Association is to hold a luncheon in the City as indicated above, at which The Hon Michael Sze, ISO, JP, Secretary for Constitutional Affairs, Hong Kong Government, will address the gathering. Mr Sze is one of the newly elected advisers to the Governor in the run up to 1997, will know.
