PRIME MINISTER'S DINNER WITH SECRETARY BAKER, 22 MAY: CALL FOR BRIEFS: DEADLINE 1700HRS TUESDAY 19 MAY
1. Secretary Baker will have a small (five on each side) working dinner with the Prime Minister and the Secretary of State at 20.00 on 22 May. This will be preceded by a short tete-a-tete (PM/Baker).

Mr Baker will be met by the Secretary of State on arrival at Heathrow; they will travel in together to No. 10. A call for briefs for use by the Secretary of State is issuing separately.
3. I should be grateful for briefing as follows:-
