America, in (infrastructure?), in eduction, in rural health, offering the possibility to our military personnel to serve as role models for at risk youngsters here at home. The military's engineering capacities, education capacities, capacities for air lift of people in remote areas for health purposes. All these things could be used to benefit us here at home, to help us solve our problems, without weakening the military obligations of those who will be more stationed at home than abroad in the years ahead.
