RETIREMENT OF THE GOVERNOR OF HONG KONG
The Prime Minister would like to see David Wilson for a farewell call on his retirement. Perhaps you could let me know when he will be back. The call could either take place after Lord Wilson has returned at the end of his appointment or if he is coming back again just before he retires.
