I discussed the visit programme with the Governor yesterday. Peter Ricketts was present. attach a copy of my letter to John Yaxley that sets out the Governor's wishes. As you will see, the only additional point for the FCO is an office meeting with Ministers early in the week. Obviously the Governor would like this to be with the Secretary of State as well as Mr. Goodlad if he is available, but will quite understand if he is not.
