letter that I have received from John Eccles, Chief Executive of the Commonwealth Development Corporation.
I understand that the Commonwealth Development Corporation could carry out a very useful programme in Vietnam if the Hong Kong Government would agree to help as suggested SO that the return of the boat people should be eased.
I would appreciate the views of the Hong Kong Government
