AMENDMENTS TO ROYAL INSTRUCTIONS AND LETTERS PATENT:
LEGISLATIVE PROGRAMME 1993/94
1. I attach a copy of a minute from Mr Chamberlain asking for bids for Bills in the 1993/94 Session.
2.
Please could you let me know whether our proposals to amend the Letters Patent and Royal Instructions to give effect to the Governor stepping down as President and as a member of LegCo and to remove the CBF from ExCo would fall into this category? I presume that these amendments would not constitute a Bill, but would be grateful for your confirmation of this fact.
