As discussed at Mr Goodlad's meeting this afternoon, I submit a set of notes for use in briefing lobby corespondents, together with an expanded set of supplementaries. If it is decided that the Secretary of State will do the lobby on 7 October, we will arrange for these to be sent to the Secretary of State in Brighton.
