They seem to me to provide a very useful guide to the discussion seminar on 11 February. may, I will reflect further on the issues raised over the weekend, and minute separately if I think that there are further substantive points worth flagging up for discussion. But I expect the debate to be pretty wide-ranging anyway, and Mr Ricketts' paper seems to provide an excellent basis for that.
