SECRETARY OF STATE'S SEMINAR ON HONG KONG: 11 FEBRUARY
1. Lord Caithness has seen the attached papers prepared for the Secretary of State's seminar.
2. The Minister thought we could usefully add "Residence for a Consul-General" to the list of issues at Annex A
miscellaneous.
3. The Minister also thought that a further point for the Secretary of State's discussion with the Chinese Foreign Minister might be the airport railway.
