Hong Kong: Follow-up to the Secretary of State's Office Meeting
The Secretary of State was grateful for your minute of 28 February and for those of Mr Burns and Mr Ruff. In so far as PR options for Hong Kong are concerned, the Secretary of State agrees with the formula proposed by Lord Caithness.
The Secretary of State agrees with Mr Burns that further meetings on Hong Kong on the model of that on 4 February, are useful.
