Commonwealth Affairs, I appoint
BARONESS DUNN
蓮如
Dame Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British
Empire, Justice of the Peace, to be an Appointed Member
of the Executive Council of Hong Kong from 7 October 1992
during the period of Her Majesty's pleasure.
