Utilites

1. There is a need for a a thorough review of the system under

which our public utilities are operated and monitored.

2. The utilities must be run in the interest of society as a whole and in most, if not all cases, this can best be done by the private sector within parameters specifically tailored to each respective utility and which are strictly monitored to ensure compliance.
