All applicants must file with the Law certificate of good standing from the jurisdiction by reference to which the applicant wishes to be assessed under the Scheme.

This section is aimed at the non-Common Law Lawyer who has had minimal practice experience. The academic course work which they would have to complete covers a nucleus of courses which is currently required in the LL.B. offered in Hong Kong. A conditional practice period is also included.

Note :

Admission in the P.C.LL. at Hong Kong University requires the completion of a LL.B. degree or the CPE with a top up course in Evidence and Company Law.
