Explanatory Memorandum
The purpose of this Bill is to replace existing provisions of
employment agreements and procedures in the Colonial Regulations for
discipline of judicial officers (other than for judges of the
Supreme Court and District Court who will continue to be subject to
the procedures in the Letters Patent).
