The attached letter from Mr Waters (CSB) states that to date 16 officers have been directed to retire early on localisation grounds under the LCS. But Mr Broadley is the only one of the 16 to have objected to the decision.
I will pass on to you all the relevant previous papers as soon as they arrive from Hong Kong.
