Mr. Broadley has pre-retirement leave

disturbance compensation for
and insufficient notice. The LCS does provide for a disturbance grant payable to officers who have been given less than six months notice. This is being dealt with locally by us and the Crown Solicitor (Mr. Wingfield). I shall let you know the outcome in due course.
