What really is needed is some formalised procedure under which serving HMOCS officers in Hong Kong are alerted to the existence of opportunities in other Territories and, if they are interested, know that their cases are given priority consideration. There are a number of people here who have served in small Territories in the past and I gather that some of them, as well as others, have said they are interested in future opportunities outside Hong Kong.

With bear come.
