I should be grateful if you would do what you
can to assist. It is, as you know, important in the run-up to 1997 that all our HMOCS officers are accorded access to these posts in the remaining Dependent Territories on an equitable basis.
This matter is likely to become a sore point unless resolved expeditiously and I should be very grateful for an early answer.
